Reinsurance Technician

I am currently partnered with a large Lloyds business on their search for a Reinsurance Technician during a period of growth and transformation.

The role will be responsible for:

* Assist the Treaty and FAC contract set-up in relevant systems including calculation and processing of reinsurance premiums and settlement in line with contract terms.
* Participate in the reinsurance close process ensuring deadlines are met and interdependencies are managed.
* Monitoring aged debt and chasing unsettled balances.
* Assist in completion of the RI inputs to the QMA, QSR and ASR submission.
* Operate, maintain and improve current systems.

Profile Requirements:

* Understanding of the full end to end ceded reinsurance process from placement through to credit control and reporting.
* Understanding of Lloyd's reporting.
* Knowledge of PRA, FCA and other regulatory standards.
* Detailed market knowledge essential.
