Reserving Actuary

I am currently working exclusively with a leading Lloyd's syndicate who are looking to grow their Reserving team as part of an exciting expansion project.



They are ideally looking for a nearly/newly qualified Reserving Actuary to get involved in various aspects of the role including but not limited to:

* Overseeing Quarterly Solvency II Technical Provisions for multiple syndicates
* Lead the profitability analyses using traditional reserving methods, fulfilment of ad hoc requests and deep-dives
* Partner with actuarial pricing and UW management teams on SWOT analysis
* Contribute to the expansion of newly created claims data production
* Presenting of results to Senior Leadership

The ideal candidate will have the following skillset:

* At least four years non-life actuarial experience in the London Market
* Expertise in leading the work on manipulation of large data sets
* Strong SQL experience
