The Job

Analyse and report on demographic and economic experience to support business decision-making.

Apply actuarial judgement and data analysis to set assumptions and calibrate capital stresses for the internal model.
*
Produce comprehensive reports on experience and capital metrics.
*
Contribute to wider business initiatives and capital-related projects.
*
Engage regularly with senior stakeholders, delivering insights and recommendations clearly and effectively.
*
Mentor and support actuarial students and newly qualified actuaries.
*
Collaborate with internal and external auditors and validation teams to ensure accuracy and integrity of actuarial processes.
* Support actuarial students across the team on the delivery of projects.
The Candidate

Qualified Life actuary
*
Strong understanding of Solvency II and UK regulatory frameworks
*
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
*
Strong IT proficiency
