The Company

This is an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent role in the busy sales department of a precision Engineering company in the Llanelli area. Join a friendly team in a busy positive environment.

The Role

ThIs is a varied position providing administration assistance to the busy sales team. Duties will include:

* Preparing quotations
* Booking in sales enquiries
* Processing of orders
* Day to day sales administration
* Handling telephone queries
* Providing customers with feedback on orders currently being processed
* Processing completed sales files
* Working on Sage computer system
* Assisting the transport division with admin duties on a relief basis
* Assisting purchasing with admin duties, loading supplier orders etc. as required


The successful applicant will have the following experience, skills and attributes:

* Solid administration experience essential
* Experience from within a sales department preferred
* Previous experience in customer liaison - calling customers
* Computer literate essential, Sage experience an advantage
* Communication skills should be first class
* Good attention to detail
* Excellent telephone manner
* Flexible and willing to assist the purchasing and transport teams when required

Monday to Thursday 08:30 - 04:45

Friday 08:30 - 04:00

Salary between £18000 - £20000 dependant on experience.
