Work Wales are currently looking for a Sales Administrator to join one of our newest clients based in Swansea.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Inputting sales orders into the Sage system and sending customers order acknowledgements by email.
* Liaising with suppliers and/or couriers to keep customers informed about delivery expectations.
* Working with the sales team to generate customer quotations.
An ideal candidate will:
* Be a team player
* Have excellent communication and customer service skills
* Competent IT skills and be comfortable with email etc.
Sage experience would be a bonus, but training will be provided.
This is a temporary position with potential for a permanent contract.
The working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm.
Pay rate: £9.50 per hour
