JOB TITLE: Sales Administrator
SALARY: up to £23,000
Our client is a very well-established nationwide provider of business-critical services to thousands of SME organisations all over the UK for over 75 years. Our client is one of the UK's leading businesses in their field with 130,000 clients worldwide and have one of the best trained and rewarded staff in the industry. They are currently looking for Business Support Coordinator.
The successful Sales Administrator will be required to do the following:
* To work alongside the Sales Director and assist with administrative work, minute taking, drafting letters etc.
* To maintain office systems, including data management and filing.
* To assist with incoming calls when the Sales Director is unavailable.
* To produce documentation relating to project work, where required.
* To arrange travel and accommodation where required.
* Assisting sales teams with reports and requests via the CRM System (SalesForce)
* Lead allocation and data management/movement using the CRM System
* To delegate work in the absence of the Sales Director.
* Checking and approving all sales orders,
* To organise and maintain the Sales Director's diary and make appointments, including any print outs required for scheduled meetings and preparation of meeting agendas where required.
* To assist the Sales Director and management team with any internal reporting, the preparation of reports for the Board Meetings, MLI Meeting etc.
* To co-ordinate monthly payroll across departments.
* To manage the preparation and co-ordination of Quarterly Sales Conferences.
Our client is looking for a strong Administrator/ Business Coordinator with the following experience and attributes:
* Excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
* High level of confidentiality, integrity and reliability.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
* Attention to detail is essential.
