JOB TITLE: Sales Coordinator
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: 2 years +
HOURS: 9am - 5pm Mon to Fri
Our client is one of Europe's largest manufacturers of cleaning products, including cleaning cloths, impregnated wipes, flow packs and trigger spray chemicals.
We are looking for a well organised Sales Coordinator, offering support to their colleagues in all areas of the business. They will be the point of reference for colleagues and customers.
*Offering after sales support, order processing accurately and to deadlines. Keeping customers informed as to the progress of their order especially in times of delay.
*Communicating with customers via phone, email and web thus enhancing their service experience. Ensuring they are put in touch with the correct department to meet their needs. Accurately able to record details of conversation, keeping system up to date with developments and concluding any matters.
*Keep up to date with processes, procedures in relation to Company Policy with regards to delivery, returns, etc.,
*Keep the customers informed of the newest products, pricing and promotions, upselling products by ascertaining customer's needs and requirements.
*Be able to relay to your manager feedback, to improve customer and staff experiences.
*Meet monthly goals set by Manager and be able to show how achieved increased customer satisfaction and sales, which will be their key objective along with processing orders ensuring delivery in a timely fashion, accurately as the customer would expect.
*You will need to be able to complete tender documents and similar forms detailing to prospective customer our Company, its products and its processes/ethos.
*Good verbal and written communication
*Excellent listening skills, able to work in a team in what can be a fast-paced environment with pressure on deadlines
*A skilled typist and good at multi-tasking
*A people person, experience in customer service with good phone etiquette.
