Oliver James are currently partnering with a Swiss based industrial market leader who are looking to strengthen their SAP HCM / HR team. My client is looking for a solution-focused, organised, and self-driven consultant to oversee the digitisation of HR processes whilst driving innovative projects in HR IT and SAP HCM.



Responsibilities

* Providing technical support and driving the ongoing development of the SAP HCM system landscape, with a particular focus on the Swiss payroll module.
* Analysing and optimising HR IT processes
* Overseeing and executing HR IT projects and system expansions.
* Managing testing, training, and offering support to end users.
* Offering guidance and support in diagnosing errors and resolving issues in both SAP and non-SAP HR systems.
* Contributing to the ongoing development of the HR IT roadmap and infrastructure.



Requirements

* Extensive experience and strong expertise in SAP HCM modules, with a focus on Swiss payroll accounting preferred.
* Proven track record in implementing HR IT projects and introducing new HR software solutions within a global setting.
* Fluent in German and English
