Security Engineer

Strong Group Recruitment are working on behalf of its client who specializes in fire & security. They are currently looking for an experience Security Engineer to join the team.

This can be on a long term contract basis, a temp to perm basis or a permanent basis

Start date: ASAP
Location: London and surrounds (Within the M25)

Security Engineer must be experienced in CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms and Door Entry and have experience in both the commercial and Industrial Sector

Responsibilities:

* installation, Service & Commissioning of Intruder Alarms, Automatic Doors, CCTV and Access Control systems
* Complete small and larger installations as part of a team or on your own.
* To ensure that the client is satisfied in all aspects of the installation prior to leaving site.
* Actively support at all times, company policy and best practice, with particular emphasis on the protection of sensitive customer information.
* Taking an active part in the on-call system

Knowledge / Requirements:

* A minimum 3 years' experience working with large-scale networked systems ranging across, but not limited to: Salto, Paxton, Texecom, Honeywell, Fermax, BPT, Comelit, Avigilon, AXIS, Vanderbilt ACT, Vanderbilt Sipass, C-cure, Lenel, Milestone and Genetec
* Knowledge of Fire Alarms is advantageous but not a requirement
* FULL, clean UK driving licence - Preferred
* Up to date CSCS/ECS card
