My client is a division of one of the world’s largest property management organisations. Due to a growing customer base they have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Security Systems Service Engineer to join their London team.
My client has an impressive client base, including maintenance contracts with two London Boroughs, a multi-site London University, office blocks and other multi-tenanted buildings. (They do not work in the retail or domestic markets).

Service and maintain a wide range of security equipment in their growing portfolio of large, single site and multi-site clients.
Provide on-site technical support and solutions to customers during both reactive and routine visits.
Be involved in a 24-hour emergency cover rota. Currently this equates to 1 week in 5.
The key technical requirements for this role include:
An excellent working knowledge of Intruder, CCTV and Access control systems. Experience with the following brands would be a distinct advantage: -
Intruder: Texecom, Galaxy, Menvier
CCTV: IDIS, Axis, Aviglon, HIK
Access control: Lenel, Janus C4, Sateon, Vanderbilt, Net 2, SiPass
Must have at least 3 years relevant experience
Outstanding customer service skills
Provide excellent service to exceed the expectations and requirements of both the internal and external customers
Must be flexible, self-motivated, with a can-do attitude
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Full UK driving licence
Adhere to health and safety requirements
The ability to lift and climb ladders
What’s on offer
Basic Salary of up to £38,000 per annum, dependent on experience, which could be increased for an exceptional candidate;
1 in 5 weeks on-call Rota, with a £200 Standby allowance for the week, 1.5 x standard pay and a minimum 4hr paid when on call out;
