A nationally operating, client focused real estate consultancy is actively looking to appoint a Senior Building Surveyor to join their thriving multi-discipline team in central Manchester.

With a real focus on mentoring and developing the team, the successful senior building surveyor will have ample opportunity to progress within the consultancy and push their career forward in a meaningful way.

The Role of the Senior Building Surveyor?

The role is predominantly focused towards dilapidations and project work following on from this and as the successful Senior Building Surveyor, you would be responsible for taking instructions from inception to completion

Additionally, you will be given the opportunity to take a leading role in generating new business, mentoring graduates, and taking responsibility for invoicing fees.

The Senior Building Surveyor?

* MRICS
* Experience liaising with both landlords and tenants
* Self-motivated and looking for a challenging role
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
