As a bank and e-money institution we are a leader in the development, distribution and processing of prepaid products as well as offering innovative solutions in cashless, globally secure payment transactions in Switzerland and abroad.

We have extensively digitized and modernized our business in recent years. New business areas were introduced for the business with prepaid products and we are currently preparing to move abroad in order to further promote growth and digitalization.



These diverse activities await you:

* Collect, analyze and document business requirements and needs and translate them into ICT requirements for technical implementation
* Identify weak points in user journeys and customer touchpoints and develop solutions and decision-making principles
* Maintain and further develop documentation of business knowledge
* Creating test cases and supporting user tests
* Close collaboration with project management, application management, enterprise architecture, business areas and external development partners



You inspire us with:

* Minimum of three years of experience as a business analysis
* German and English speaking is a must
* Strong documentation and requirements engineering skills
* A college or university degree, preferably in business informatics and/or with specific further training in requirements/business engineering and business analysis
* Networked thinking and service-oriented personality
