Company client partnered with a leading Financial Services firm to specifically support their search in finding a Senior Change Project Manager to lead on a large HR & SuccessFactors Transformation.

The successful candidate must have proven experience in:
* Leading multiple deployments of SuccessFactors Employee Central (minimum of 4)
* Delivering Employee & Manager Self-Service for SuccessFactors (ESS and MSS)
* Ideally will have a background in Financial Services

You will play an integral role in ensuring the tech is rolled out successfully across the wider business as well as the business change, adoption and readiness initiatives.

This contract will run for an initial 12-months, with 24 months scope of work and will offer a competitive day rate.
