Key Responsibilities:


* Design, develop, and maintain a cutting-edge Databricks Lakehouse to centralize and optimize their data infrastructure.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into efficient ETL processes.
* Work with Azure services to ensure data storage, security, and scalability.
* Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
* Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes within the insurance sector to inform data strategies and solutions.

Qualifications:


* Proven experience in building and maintaining data lakes or data warehouses using Databricks on Azure.
* Strong expertise in SQL and ETL processes.
* Recent experience working within the Insurance Industry, with a deep understanding of industry-specific data and compliance requirements.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
