Senior Director- Pensions Risk Transfer

A leading Pensions Consultancy in their search for a Senior Director to join their national Pensions Risk Transfer team. This role can based anywhere across the UK.

Oliver James are pleased to be working with a leading Pensions Consultancy in their search for a Senior Director to join their national Pensions Risk Transfer team. This role can based anywhere across the UK.

You will manage and oversee buy-ins and buyouts, longevity swaps, superfunds and third-party capital transactions for some of the largest DB pension schemes in the UK. You will consider how these solutions fit with the schemes journey plans whilst managing and mentoring more junior team members and client prospecting.

Role requirements:

* FIA qualified
* Practical pensions risk transfer experience and strong understanding of the UK DB market
* DB consulting experience or experience of working within a BPA pricing team
