Senior Electrical Estimator / Commercial Manager
Electrical Maintenance & Compliance | Essex (Hybrid)
£85,000+ Basic + Bonus + Car Allowance
The Role
Strong Group is working with a technology-led electrical compliance and maintenance business based in Essex to appoint a Senior Electrical Estimator / Commercial Manager.
This is a senior, high-impact role responsible for leading pricing, estimation, and bid governance across electrical maintenance contracts and tenders. The position reports directly into the Directors and will play a key role in shaping how the business prices, wins, and delivers work.

This opportunity suits an experienced Electrical Estimator who wants to step beyond pure take-offs and spreadsheets into a trusted commercial leadership role.
The Business
Our client operates in complex and mission-critical electrical environments, delivering compliance, maintenance, and assurance services under long-term contracts and frameworks.
This is not a traditional construction contractor. The business is deliberately structured around systems, data, and repeatable commercial models - not reactive pricing, claims, or conflict-led delivery.
They work with enterprise clients who value professionalism, clarity, and long-term partnerships.
