About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to take full responsibility for the delivery of high-quality commercial CAT A and CAT B fit-out projects across Central London.

This is a senior, hands-on delivery role, leading the electrical package from pre-construction through to final handover. Projects are typically fast-track, client-facing, and range in value from £1m to £5m+.

The role suits a confident Electrical Project Manager with strong commercial and programme control experience, capable of running multiple London-based projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Full end-to-end delivery of electrical packages on commercial fit-out projects

Manage multiple live projects concurrently across Central London
*

Take ownership of programme, cost control, quality, and H&S compliance
*

Lead and coordinate site managers, supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors
*

Oversee procurement, labour planning, and subcontractor performance
*

Act as the main client-facing point of contact on electrical delivery
*

Manage variations, cost reporting, and commercial performance
*

Ensure works are delivered to specification, programme, and budget
*

Support internal teams during pre-construction and handover phases
*

Mentor and support junior electrical project staff where required

Candidate Requirements

Proven experience as a Senior Electrical Project Manager or Electrical Project Manager
*

Strong background in commercial CAT A & CAT B fit-out
*

Experience delivering projects typically valued £1m-£5m+
*

Excellent technical knowledge of electrical building services
*

Strong understanding of London fit-out environments and fast-track programmes
*

Confident client-facing communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
*

Commercially astute with experience managing costs, variations, and subcontractors
*

Stable career history preferred
