Senior ITSM Specialist - Zurich (40% Remote) | Contract until Dec 2025
Oliver James are partnering with a leading organisation in Zurich that is launching a key ITSM transformation project - and they need a skilled expert to support this journey.
Location: Zurich, with 40% remote flexibility
Start Date: June 2025 (mid-June start possible)
Duration: Until December 2025 (extension highly likely)
The Role
You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing a live ITSM system, with a strong focus on automation, scripting, and configuration management. A central part of the role will be supporting the implementation of a new ITSM solution and contributing to continuous service improvement.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate on the implementation of a new ITSM platform
*
Support and optimise the existing ITSM system
*
Develop automation scripts (PowerShell, SQL)
*
Manage and maintain the CMDB
*
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
*
Experience with ServiceNow, Ivanti, Jira Service Management, or BMC Remedy
*
Strong background in implementing ITSM processes (ITIL framework)
*
Proficiency in PowerShell and SQL scripting
*
Experience managing CMDBs
*
Fluent in German and English
