I am currently working with a Lloyd's (Re)Insurer looking to add a part-qualified Actuary to their Pricing team.
Working as part of a small team with a flat structure, this is an excellent opportunity to gain very broad exposure across all business classes, such as Property, Casualty and Specialty lines, within both Insurance and Reinsurance.
The hiring manager promotes a strong L&D culture within the team and will therefore consider candidates from any Actuarial background, assuming they meet the following requirements:
* Excellent academic background (minimum of a 2:1 in a numerate subject)
* Strong communication skills
* Making good progress in the Actuarial exams
The business offers a hybrid working culture, meaning that the successful candidate will only be required to go into the office a maximum of three days per week.
