My client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to take fullownership in setting up and developing a new PMO function



* project management support: planning, design, implementation and reporting of projects
* Communication of project expectations and results to all stakeholders in a timely and clear form
* Management of project dependencies and capacities
* Support of business wide project activities
* Planning and definition of project plans and the associated costs with the help of suitable tools
* Creation of presentations and documentation on the respective project progress
* Introduction of best practice approaches in project management to improve the efficiency of project implementation and project communication
* Training, coaching and support for the IT support organization



What we are looking for



* An experienced Project Manager with a track record of delivery
* Someone who would enjoy developing processes and structure for the better delivery of projects
* Having worked for large companies would be an advantage
* Management experience as a project and / or team leader, completed management training is an advantage
* Good organization and time management
* Very good language skills in German and English (written / oral)
