The Partners of an award-winning and professional Quantity Surveying practice, are now looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor/Senior Cost Manager, to join their team in Sheffield.

As the Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be the first point of contact with the project clients and the other consultants on the design team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor position is best suited for someone who can produce both pre & post contract duties to a quality standard.

The Company

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining an organisation who have 50 years experience building projects and developing relationships around the UK. Over the past 18 months, their team has grown by 50%.

With an extensive background in a myriad of sectors, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will be supporting High End Residential, Social Housing, Commercial and Healthcare projects.

This dedicated Quantity Surveying consultancy provide a concise and professional service, from their diverse and focussed offices.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

* BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying
* An understanding of both Pre & Post contract handling
* Client facing
* PQS experience
* MRICS is desired
* Eagerness to build relationships
* Experience running own projects
* An openess to various other sectors
