Senior Quantity Surveyor

A well organised, driven and performing Senior Quantity Surveyor, is now needed by the Director of Quantity Surveying to support an established multi-disciplinary practise.

With offices in Coventry and London, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor is required to support within their Residential, Social Housing and Commercial sectors.

The Director has made it very clear that 90% of your time will not be in the office, so the opportunity to work from home is in place.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Ideally the Quantity Surveying director would like to see a minimum of 8 years of PQS experience, including;

* BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying
* MRICS preferred, but APC support will be given
* Project Management or Employers Agent experience
* Residential, Social Housing or Commercial sector experience
* Client facing
