Concept Care Solutions are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant!


We are offering a competitive salary of 26k - 32k dependant on experience + a competitive commission structure. 


- As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for leading a team of junior consultants to build a strong desk in Healthcare. 

- To be able to effectivley resource and recruit top calibre candidates to join our Recruitment Agency. 

- Maximise booking hours.

- Overseeing activities of the Bookings Team in designated area

- Weekly 1-2-1’s with bookings team in designated area

- Competitive attitude and target driven.

- Motivate team to work towards individual targets and to work together towards team target.

- To support with bookings and resourcing when necessary.

- Ensure shifts are inputted into IQX by bookings team and area lead when necessary.

- Chairing Bookings weekly team meetings to update Operations Manager.

- Supporting NHS Desk meetings (including compliance department) alongside Compliance Lead and Operations Manager

- Acting as the conduit between management and staff

- Delegating tasks, negotiating workloads, assessing performance and reporting on developments

- Ensuring the performance of the staff is of a high standard.

- Ensuring a forecast is presented to management monthly.

- Discussing and resolving problems

- Carrying out performance reviews and appraisals

- Overseeing activities of the Bookings Team

- Organising on-call rotas and ensuring that the NHS desk is always sufficiently covered.

- Training new staff in all areas including In house systems

- Organising Team Building and social events

- Attending Client visits

- Regular meetings with clients

- Advertising job vacancies online and screening CV’s

- Recruiting and Interviewing for internal job vacancies with NHS Operations Manager

- Ordering company merchandise

- Organising and attending recruitment drives

- Contacting potential new clients

- Bringing on board new clients and supporting Recruitment Consultants to do so

- Providing correct rates of pay and client rates

- Attending Client Review Meetings and discussing SLA’s

- Managing complaints and referring on as required

- Able to develop and maintain good relationship with nursing staff and clients. 

- Support candidates with ongoing training

- Undertake any other duties required to effectively support the growth and development of the Business.

- Reach set department KPI targets.

- To adhere to set department budget constraints

- Must be punctual and adhere to your agreed working hours
