We fulfil both Permanent, Interim and Temporary positions and operate in our chosen markets with established industry leaders.
We have offices based in Peterborough but have the flexibility to meet your needs and location (We have the infrastructure for location to not be an issue). Therefore, we are open to candidates being based near Peterborough or further afield.

Working alongside our successful, friendly team, we are looking for driven individuals who want to be a part of our growing business and have the determination and passion for succeeding. You will have the opportunity to build and manage your desk in a specific market and have ownership over that area.
The role will provide variety from territory mapping and developing business, sourcing candidates, establishing meetings with your network and building relationships within it. We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills who want to deliver a first-class service to clients and candidates. You must also have strong commercial acumen and enjoy selling. It's a huge part of the role as a successful recruiter, but when you have a compelling service to offer and the right business behind you it makes this part the best part of all.

We are looking for candidates who have recruitment experience and a track record of successful and sustainable billings through their career. We are looking for hard working and ambitious individuals who want to strive to be the best in their sector.
