A London Based, well-established, Design and Build company who operate throughout several marketplaces including High End Residential, Commercial and luxury hotels are looking to add a Senior site manager to their expanding team.

The Company

The successful Senior Site Manager will join a team who have crafted a great reputation over several decades of business.

The company has an extensive pipeline and have the benefit of operating throughout several industries.

They are a design and build company and therefore benefit from a huge amount of in-house expertise and resource with their team of 30+.

The Senior Site Manager Role

The successful Senior Site Manager will be based on site.

The initial project has a duration of 16 months and is a High End Refurbishment.

The Senior Site Manager - Requirements

* High end residential experience
* Completing similar projects would be beneficial
* Excellent organisational & team management skills
* Good computer skills
* A valid driving licence
* Construction background
