Reporting to the Helpdesk Manager, the position is suited to a Senior 2nd Line Support Technician who is keen to work in a dynamic and vibrant business and someone who has a can-do attitude. Someone who can problem solve, has great rapport and excellent customer service skills, both over the phone and face to face. You will be the escalation point for other team members who need assistance looking into the more complex issues.
Suitable candidates should possess experience of
*PC / Laptop hardware
*2nd Line Support / Entry 3rd Line Support
*Working on a service desk
*Problem and incident management
*Microsoft Windows Server 2012 / 2016 / 2019
*Microsoft Windows 7 / 10
*Microsoft Active Directory
*Networks - Cisco Meraki and general understanding of Networking Protocols.
*Hyper V / VMware
*Service desk ticketing systems
