Workday Integrations Lead - Senior Manager
Location: UK Wide (Hybrid)
Salary: £72,000 - £110,000 depending on experience + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits

One of our leading clients is looking for an experienced Workday Integrations Lead to support large-scale transformation programmes. This role offers the chance to work on high-profile projects, shaping integration strategies and delivering innovative solutions for enterprise clients.

The Role

Design and implement Workday integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity across finance systems.

Lead integration strategy, leveraging Workday Studio, EIB, and other Workday tools.
*

Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to drive best-in-class solutions.
*

Provide governance over integration architecture, security, and compliance.
*

Mentor and guide junior team members.

What We're Looking For

*

Strong Workday Integrations experience, including Workday Studio.
*

Proven track record in delivering complex finance system integrations.
*

Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and lead technical discussions.
*

Experience managing teams and delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
