My Client an Independent service service centre in Nottingham is looking for a Service / Front Desk advisor / administrator to join their team.
You will be the 1st face customers see on entering the business and speak to when answering the phone, so you must be customer focussed.
You will treat the customer waiting area as you own office and make it a nice place for customers to wait for their vehicles.
Your main roles and responsibilities will be to:
Meet and Greet Customers
Book customers vehicles into the company booking system (training will be provided)
Order parts using our online system (Training provided)
Keep customers update on their vehicles progress, upsell service's if required (Training provided)
Take payment for services by card and cash and be responsible for cashing up and the end of the shift.
Basic admin, clerical and computer skills needed.
A Technical background and some motor trade experience in a service advisor role would be advantageous.
Working Hours are Monday - Friday 8.30 - 5.30 1hr unpaid lunch
Salary is experience dependent but is between £21,000 and £23000.
