Service Desk Analyst
£32,000 per annum
We are looking for an experienced 1st line analyst to join a leading Financial Services Business on a 12 month FTC.
You'd be joining a busy service desk environment acting as the first point of contact for all internal users, able to diagnosis and escalate issues quickly & efficiently.
We need someone who has a background working in a fast paced helpdesk environment preferably within financial services who has knowledge on a broad range of technologies.
Skills & Experience:
* Experience working on a busy service desk
* Knowledge on Office 365
* Experience using Active Directory
* Strong written & verbal communication
* Ability to diagnose and escalate issues quickly
* Knowledge around the following is desired; Windows Servers, Backup technologies, VLANs, LANs,
This contract has the potential to turn into a permanent position after the year and offers a lot of training! Must be able to get to their London offices.
