We are delighted to be supporting our award-winning client in the recruitment of a Service Manager. The role is at the forefront of the customer after sales experience, and you will have responsibility of the workshop and service teams and be tasked with delivering the companies vision and strategy.
Main responsibilities include:
*Effectively manage work planning and allocation
*Ensure all service work is carried out and billed in a timely and cost-effective manner
*Develop and engage in activities to increase the sales of retail labour and parts.
*Engage in resource planning, recruitment, and development to ensure staff levels (including apprentices) and service department facilities and tools meet current and future demands.
*Provide exemplary customer service to customers
*Support, coach, and mentor team members
*Maintain exemplary levels of health and safety across
What you'll bring to the role:
*Previous experience in a Service Manager, Workshop Manager, or Branch Manager position (or similar)
*Industry relevant experience- agricultural, construction machinery, or plant.
*Excellent people management and customer service skills
*You must have a Full UK Driving License
