JOB TITLE: School Site Maintenance

The Employer
Our Northamptonshire based client is a well established Secondary School with c.1500 pupils with a great reputation and rated "outstanding" by OFSTED. They have achieved this by continually investing in infrastructure and technology within their site and, importantly, having a well-trained and motivated workforce.

The ROLE
The successful School Site Maintenance person will be part of their Property Services Team. Duties will include;
* Building maintenance
* Security of site
* Health & Safety
* Monitor contractors work

The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for School Site Maintenance person possessing the following skills and attributes;

* Excellent communication skills

Hours- 8.15-15.45 Monday to Thursday, 8.30 - 15.30 Friday. 37 Hour week

CONTRACT: Permanent
SALARY: £21/22K - Local Govt Pension Scheme, equivalent of them contributing +19% to your pension
