Site Manager

Company client working on behalf of the customer who are looking for an experienced Site Manager needed in Margate, Kent

This is a contract position for 10 weeks

Start: ASAP
Days: 5 days a week (Mon-Fri)

The successful Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulations. Experience in hospital projects or similar environments is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

*Managing the strip-out and re-installation phases of the project.
*Ensuring health & safety standards are strictly followed.
*Coordinating site activities, subcontractors, and materials.
*Maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
*Ensuring the project stays on schedule and within scope.

Candidate Specification:

* Site manager must have a valid SMSTS
* Site manager ideally have a valid CSCS
* Site manager but be reliable and punctual and be able to stay for the duration of the project

The day rate on offer for this role is £250.00 per day - paid weekly CIS
