Site Services Co-ordinator

Maternity Cover - 1 year


A global business with their Head Quarters in South Wales who are going from strength to strength and who are known within the industry for their quality of customer support are looking for a Site Services Co-ordinator to manage visits to customer sites for Site Services Engineers and Advisors

Key responsibilities

* Co-ordinate with customers to book site visits at a convenient time

* Record and maintain details of site visits

* Manage the departmental shared inbox to ensure that queries are kept to a minimum level

* Respond professionally to site service queries and advise customers clearly and precisely

* Upon receipt, assess the site questionnaire and issue customers with the relevant certificates

* Answer all incoming calls and deal with queries relating to site matters efficiently

* Undertaken capacity planning for work to be carried out on time

* Log all inspections onto the CRM

* Build valuable and high quality customer relationships

The person

Ideally you will have experience in a similar role gained within a construction, manufacturing or industrial environment, for example you could be an Engineer Co-ordinator, Hire Desk Controller or Site Administrator

If you don't have the above, the following skills are pre-requisites for the role:

* Ability to use influencing skills to develop and gain co-operation from other departments to gain information and achieve satisfactory outcomes
* Able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and react quickly and responsibly to changing situations
* Excellent administration skills
* Communicate effectively at all levels - internally and externally with an excellent interpersonal skills in verbal and written form
* Computer literate (Microsoft Office packages)
* High levels of attention to detail and organisation skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
* Effective problem solver
