We have created a completely new menu with a New York theme. We now require an additional Sous Chef to join us on this new journey.
Our kitchen is an excellent 3 station set up where you will prepare and cook using fresh local produce, working closely with our Head Chef and other team members maintaining all Kitchen operations to the highest level ensuring to retain our 5 Star rating.
We require a chef who is looking further to develop their skills working closely with our Head Chef, who has previously worked in Michelin starred kitchens and has a passion for cooking with fresh produce.
