FINTEC recruit is seeking a Stores and Finished Goods Supervisor. This is a permanent position with our client, an engineering manufacturing business in St ives in Cambridgeshire. This is a full time role with competitive salary. You will require to possess good organisational and planning skills, strong business acumen, able to work under pressure without compromising on quality


* Supervising a small team for goods-in stores and finished goods
* Plan work and labour requirements, ensuring all information and transactions are concise to allow timely product delivery to customers
* Undertake quality inspections of all incoming and outgoing goods
* Development and implementation of a clear strategy for efficient running of the department,including improving stock accuracy and developing flexibility within the team

Skills and experience required for the Stores and Finished Goods Supervisor

* Minimum 3-5 years supervisory experience in a stores or warehouse environment
* Experience in leading change management
* Electronics, medical, defense or aerospace industry preferred
* Proficient in MS Office and using ERP software
* Have a focus on quality and results
* Previous experience of electronics manufacturing and ESD control preferred, not an essential
