A leading Swiss bsuiness is seeking a Team Lead for Functional BI Solutions to drive impactful projects and lead a skilled team of data experts. If you combine BI know-how, leadership skills, and a consulting mindset, this role offers a unique opportunity to influence the data landscape across diverse industries.




Your Role

* Lead and develop a team of BI professionals

* Work with sales to support pre-sales and shape client proposals

* Manage key client projects as a Senior Project Manager

* Expand BI offerings in collaboration with marketing and your network

* Act as the primary contact for clients and a mentor to your team

* Contribute to the broader leadership of the Data, Analytics & AI unit

* Travel within Switzerland (up to 2 days/week) to meet customers




What You Bring

* Degree in IT, Engineering, or similar (Uni, UAS, or ETH)

* 8+ years in BI delivery using Azure, AWS, or Databricks

* Experience in pre-sales and project leadership

* Strong communication skills in German (C1+) and English

* Knowledge of the Swiss market and a local professional network

* Background in consulting and/or team leadership preferred
