Salary - £40,000 - £43,000
Our client, a well-established and stable food business that supplies premium products to their customers is looking to recruit a passionate, forward thinking and dedicated Technical Manager.
In this Technical Manager position you will be responsible for all products being manufactured to the robust quality and food safety standards and meet both the customer and relevant legislation requirements. You will maintain and develop the HACCP and Quality Management systems and lead all BRC and third-party accreditations. In addition, you will be responsible raw material compliance and supplier management for 1 category.
As the ideal candidate for this Technical Manager role, you will be a Graduate with a degree within Food Science or related subject and already work within a Technical Manager capacity, or be a Quality Manager who is ready for the next step. You will have in-depth knowledge of HACCP and BRC as well as being highly organised, self-motivated, forward thinking and have excellent managerial skills.
