Technical Support Consultant

Our market leading client is looking for a talented and driven Support Analyst to join the team. They require somebody with a solid background in server administration, ideally they‘re looking for someone who can enhance customer Success. Someone who has already worked in the Hosting industry would be an advantage.

Primary Responsibilities

• First and Second Line customer support via telephone, ticket system and live chat
• Client website migrations from existing host to new services
• Enhancing the customer experience by increasing the product and feature adoption

Required Skills

• Experience with administration and support for servers
• Experience of using service desk software
• Recommend and embrace change to reduce impact of client support

Desired Skills:

• Linux server administration
• Knowledge of hosting control panels
• Operation of Internet services DNS, mail, web
