Role - Telesales Agent / Appointment Setter
Location - Leeds
Salary - Up To £20,000 - Realistic OTE £35,000 + Benefits

We are seeking an Appointment Setter/Telesales Agent to work for a hyper growth card payments company based in Leeds. The role will involve prospecting potential customers from an internal database to advise on services, book in appointments and manage diaries for field-based Business Development Managers. If you are persuasive and resilient, have first class customer service skills and can demonstrate the ability to consistently work towards and exceed targets, then this role is for you.
Skills and Abilities:
-Following up on internal and external leads to move them from enquiry to appointment.
-Working towards set KPI's including: APD (Appointments per day), productivity, appointment to sales conversion, revenue generation.
-Comply with company policies and FCA regulatory guideline.
-General sales admin tasks and competitor analysis.
-Professional and confident with the ability to organise, prioritize and manage own workflow.
-Outgoing, assertive, motivational, and persuasive.
-Resilient and can overcome client rejection.
-Experience within a sales environment would be beneficial
-Likes to be in control of their own earning potential and career progression.
