Telesales / Telemarketing Executive (Medical Devices)
Tredegar – Office Based
£20,000 to £23,000 Basic DOE + 2.5% Bonus Per Sale (£55 to £65 – Uncapped Commission) + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + 5% Pension + Company Funded Events
40 Hours per Week – Monday to Thursday 09:00 to 17:00, Friday 08:00 to 16:00 (Open to reduced hours on a Friday)
Telesales / Telemarketing Executive for a highly successful international medical devices company due to company growth. This is an ideal opportunity for someone to join an expanding business and play an integral role in supporting future growth.
Candidates will have previous telesales / telemarketing experience and can come from any industry background. You will be confident speaking over the phone and negotiating with new customers. Strong PC skills are required.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out approximately 40 to 50 outbound calls per day focused on selling company’s products to both NHS and non-NHS customers, focusing on care homes and hospices. All contacts will be provided through a company data base and after training, you will be involved in helping to identify patients and customers who, after successful evaluation, are eligible for funding, leading to the generation of a quote and sale.
The company’s products range in value from £2,200 to £2,600 and you will receive a bonus of 2.5% of this for every sale, of which is uncapped.
The Telesales / Telemarketing Executive role:
· 40-50 Calls per day
· Gain information and understanding from customers to offer suitable and appropriate products and solutions
· Develop customer relationships
· Arrange appointments with the field-based sales team
· Prepare and send marketing literature
· Complete CRM for record activity and maintain lead database
