A fantastic opportunity has arisen within our expanding business for a Telesales Executive.
As an experienced Telesales Executive you will join our team promoting and selling company's IT and Telephony products and services. Providing products and services from all the industry leading companies to companies of every size throughout the UK. The role will grow from a Telesales Executive position to a Sales/Account Manager position as you develop a spending customer base.
As a Telesales Executive your duties will be:
Promote and sell the company's range of products and services by contacting key personnel within the supplied customer base via telesales calls.
Proactively calling potential customers to develop them into spending accounts by effectively utilising your time.
Sourcing own leads, creating and updating own diary schedule with relevant information in order to update the CRM systems with each customers details.
Responsible for making between 100-150 calls per day.
Building an established account base of customers.
An ideal Telesales Executive will hold the following skills and experiences:
Minimum 2 years B2B outbound telesales experience.
Experience selling IT and Telecoms services would be advantageous but not essential.
Ability to use CRM systems as well as Microsoft packages.
Excellent telephone manner and able to build relationships over the phone.
Driven by targets and goals.
Work well as part of a team as well as individually.
Passion to succeed and develop within the role.
Starting salary of £18k- £22k (DOE).
Open- ended commission.
