Role: Telesales Executive
Salary: £24k basic + commission
My client: are leading their industry and are looking for a telesales executive for one of their centres in Camebridge.
The Role: targeting Regional Local Business’s that require our clients services aswell as information gathering in order to book appointments for the Sales Executive to go and visit. The sales manager does not want a Call Centre mentality, she is looking for genuine sales individuals who love to sell, talk , fact find , and book appointments. This role is all about working off lists, warm leads and in coming leads. You will be aiming to make at least 60 calls per day.
Ability to build a rapport, and good customer experience skills, they want to make sure the client really feels they have been looked after.
Good with Admin
There will be reporting so must be organised and can work well with IT
You will be targeting Regional Local Business’s so gathering info, fact finding and qualifying in order to book appointments is something you will need to be good at
The ideal Candidate: My client are looking for someone that ticks all the above boxes, and is keen and enthusiastic on the phone. Preferably someone with telesales/sales experience and is confident in their ability to engage customers.
