Trainee Field Sales Executive
Location: Rugby
Salary: £22-27K Basic + £34K OTE + Pension + Car

The COMPANY
Our client, a well established diverse engineering solutions company have been serving the manufacturing industry for sixty years. Due to their "can do attitude" they have gained a deserved reputation for the quality of both their service and, their most important component, the staff.

The ROLE
Due to continued growth they now require an additional member to join their successful sales team, you will be responsible for selling their services which include;
*Plant and machine maintenance
*Precision engineering
*24/7 breakdown, repairs and replacement parts
*Welding & Sheet Metal Fabrication


To a wide variety of industries including;
*Automotive,
*Warehousing
*Food & beverage
*Aerospace, Tier 1 and associated supply chain
*Packaging
*Power Generation

Initially this role is primarily internal business development involving a high volume of cold calling to dormant accounts and from a database. Once you have a qualified lead you will visit, initially accompanied by a Senior Business Manager to help with the technical aspects, to present the Client's services. Once you have successfully closed you will be responsible for managing and growing the Account.
It is envisaged that the successful candidate will quickly progress to an External Business Account Manager, with an increase in salary and OTE.

Our client is looking for an exceptional sales applicant with the following qualities:

*B2B Sales background.
*Experience of developing existing business.
*Successful history in proactively winning new business and then assuming responsibility for managing it.
*Personality to thrive within an engineering/industrial environment.
*Enthusiastic and positive attitude
*Desire to develop their career
