Training and Quality Specialist
Circa £30,000 + Increasing Holidays (Up to 24 + Bank Holidays) + Full Training

Training and Quality Specialist required for a highly reputable company who specialise in metal treatment. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a certified trainer within a secure company who can offer extensive training and development.
To apply for this role, you will have experience training members of staff either in a formal training focused position or within a supervisory role which has included training. You can come from any process driven manufacturing environment and any additional quality experience would be advantageous but not essential as it is the training experience which is key for this role. You will need experience working with and operating FLT and any additional experience with cranes would be ideal.
The focus of this role will be to assist with induction and development training for all new operatives. The company have a structured twelve-week training plan in place for all new starters which you will oversee alongside licenced training on machinery and processes. The company will support the successful candidate become a qualified vehicle instructor on industrial equipment such as FLT, Cranes, MEWP, CombiLift etc.
In addition to training, the successful candidate will also support the HSQE Manager in undertaking daily visual inspections and ensure all processes are operated in accordance to ISO9001 standards alongside industry specific standards such as BS EN 1461. You will also use measuring tools and record coat-weight readings to ensure conformity and assist in investigating customer complaints where necessary.
