My Client is currently recruiting for an Experienced Service Advisor to join our successful team in Eastbourne.
They are looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional levels of customer service.
You will be provided with full dealership and manufacturer training and coaching to ensure you are equipped for success in the role.
About the Role:
The administration of all aftersales requests i.e. jobcard preparation, bookings, quotes, parts orders via the Pinnacle DMS
Greeting customers and managing their vehicle progress through the workshop
Ensuring accurate and proactive use of EVHC to achieve pre-set targets
Deliver excellent customer satisfaction, exceeding manufacturer targets
If you are currently an Experienced Service Advisor who has a great understanding of the service process, is customer orientated, we would love to discuss this great opportunity with you.
Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.
