Virtual Receptionist/Call Handler
Salary: £8.36 per hour
Hours 9am -6pm Mon-Fri
This successful telephone answering service are currently recruiting for Receptionist/Call Handler to work from their Luton office.
You will be part of a small team answering calls for a variety of businesses, acting as their receptionist/call handler/administrator. You will be the first point of contact for these companies so a friendly and mature attitude is essential.
Handling the flow of calls through the business, ensuring that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a friendly, timely manner.
We are looking for someone who has the following qualities:
·Able to use Word and Excel from the Microsoft Office Suite and is interested in learning new software
·Has a professional attitude and appearance and a friendly but mature attitude to dealing with clients and callers
·Has good written and verbal communication skills, as spelling, punctuation and grammar are all important
·Able to think on your feet and deal with issues that may arise in a positive and friendly manner
·Able to organise, multitask, prioritise and work under pressure
·Has an interest in learning about different businesses, industries and clients
The working hours are full time from 9am to 6pm over five days Monday to Friday on an ongoing basis. Due to the location of the office and limited public transport, having a car would be desirable.
