The Workday Adaptive Lead Developer will work closely with the business community to support them in the delivery of reliable and accurate data for internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for delivering enhancements and updates required to the workforce planning solution
* Manage system administration activities and support of year, quarter, and month end activities to support business community deliverables
* Ensure that all solution documentation is maintained
* Provide analysis and resolution of system based issues or queries
* Be a point of co-ordination for 3rd party IT partners and the business community

Required Skills:

* Experience of Adaptive Workforce Planning solutions
* Experience of specifying and developing interfaces to facilitate full solution integration
* Experience of incident management and driving resolutions to tight time-lines
* Experience of supporting Multi-Currency solutions
* Ability to translate business requirements into technical delivery documents
* Strong understanding of Financial Accounting principles
* Ability to explain complex technical issues to business users
