Record to Report - Workday Financials Manager / Senior Manager
Location: London (Hybrid - Mostly Remote)
Day Rate: £800-1000 p/d Inside IR35 (depending on experience)

Oliver James are currently partnered with a leading consultancy client seeking a Workday Financials Record to Report (R2R) Specialist operating at Manager or Senior Manager level. You'll play a key role in delivering enterprise-level finance transformation programmes, working across high-profile clients in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.



Key Responsibilities:

Lead Record to Report workstreams on large-scale Workday Financials implementations.
*

Guide clients on best practices, particularly around general ledger, period close, allocations, and financial reporting.
*

Manage stakeholder relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout project lifecycles.
*

Support team development through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
*

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.



Requirements:

Proven experience in delivering Workday Financials projects, with a focus on R2R processes.
*

Consulting background with a track record of managing complex finance transformation programmes.
*

Strong understanding of Workday's capabilities within finance operations.
*

Workday certifications (especially in Financials) are beneficial but not essential.
*

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
