Electrical Project Manager
Location: North West
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Car Allowance + Discretionary Bonus

Working Pattern: Office based with travel to sites across the North West

Role Summary
We are recruiting for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a commercial construction and fit-out contractor operating across the North West.
The role will involve managing multiple electrical projects at any one time, with package values typically ranging from £50,000 to £1 million.
This is a hands-on position suited to someone comfortable taking responsibility for project delivery while also supporting estimating, health & safety, commercial control and client liaison.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage multiple electrical projects from pre-construction through to completion
* Oversee electrical packages ranging from £50k to £1m
* Manage programmes, labour, materials and subcontractors
* Manage a direct team of approximately 3-5 staff
* Coordinate and supervise electrical subcontractors
* Review drawings, specifications and electrical designs
* Support estimating and tendering when required
* Monitor project budgets, costs and delivery against programme
* Ensure high standards of health & safety across all projects
* Prepare and review RAMS
* Attend client and site meetings
* Provide regular project progress updates
* Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams
* Resolve technical and operational issues throughout the project lifecycle
* Ensure projects are delivered to the required quality and commercial standards
Experience Required
* Previous experience as an Electrical Project Manager, Electrical Contracts Manager or similar
* Strong electrical building services knowledge
* Experience delivering commercial construction, refurbishment or fit-out projects
* Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong subcontractor and site management experience
* Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
* Good commercial awareness including budgets and cost control
* Experience with estimating or tender support would be beneficial
* Strong understanding of health & safety requirements
* Confident dealing directly with clients and project stakeholders

Qualifications
