Project Manager

Strong Recruitment Group are currently looking for a Project Manager on a contract to possible permanent basis located in Clydebank, Glasgow.

Candidate Specification:

* Must have background experience in hard landscaping, civils and/or groundworks.
* Project manage repairs and maintenance contracts
* Carry out site visits and inspections
* Use SOR (Schedule of Rates) codes effectively
* Allocate and issue jobs to operatives each morning
* Coordinate and oversee day-to-day repair and maintenance activities

The hourly / day rate is negotiable and payment is weekly, every Friday.
